When you join our waitlist or send an inquiry via our contact form, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and your indicated product or research interest (Human, Canine, Forest, or All). We do not collect cookies, IP addresses, or device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email exclusively to notify you when our Phase 1 botanical batches become available, or to respond directly to your messages. We will never sell, lease, or share your contact details with any third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All submission data is processed securely via secure SSL endpoints and stored within private, secure Google spreadsheets. Data is retained solely until the conclusion of our initial allocation cycle, after which it is fully deleted unless you explicitly opt in to our ongoing research updates.
